Facilitation 4 - 29th SEP 2012



Agenda of facilitation

  • Vietnamese lesson 2
  • Dry run for local CIP
  • Assigning different positions for local CIP

Participants met up at 10:00am at Cinnamon College CPTH for bonding camp. Facilitation starts at 7:30 pm at SR1.


Vietnamese lesson 2
Participants learned number, basic conversation, day of the week and fields of study.

Dry run for local CIP
Local CIP cell held a dry run for four games and gathered feedbacks for each game from participants.

  1. Number game - 
    Feedback : Change the colour of the numbers on the card to a more visible colour.
  2. Musical Chairs- 
    Feedback: Game masters could reward higher point to best dancers. Game masters and facilitators could take note of the students’ safety.
  3. Fruits salad
  4. Marco Polo-
    Feedback: The circle could be bigger to increase difficulty of the game. At the checkpoint, someone could hold a bell .A nametag could be paste at the back of the “goat” and “catcher”. 

    Assigning of different positions for local CIP
    Participants volunteered to be either game masters or facilitators. Game master must be someone who is very familiar with the game rules while facilitator is someone who would bring students to each game station and guide them to do reflections.

    Hope everyone enjoyed the camp planned and organized by the admin team.
